We are upgrading all WhatsApp Business API clients hosted in the US region from version 2.25.5 to 2.27.12 (current stable release). During this operation, customers may experience a brief period of increased WhatsApp message delivery latency, lasting less than 5 minutes.

The purpose of this maintenance is to finish the upgrade that was interrupted by an unfortunate series of network incidents on June 10th, 2020. It is important to note that the incident was unrelated to the WhatsApp version upgrade itself. Our teams have been working tirelessly to ensure that we are able to safely pursue the upgrade of all WhatsApp Business API Clients.

Please note that the rest of the Sunshine Conversations platform as well as all WhatsApp Business API clients hosted in the EU region will remain unaffected during this maintenance.
