Zendesk will perform critical maintenance on the Sunshine Conversations platform in EU and US regions on March 15, 2021. No impact is expected during this maintenance window.

Expected behavior: During the maintenance window, we expect Zendesk systems to continue to operate normally. There will be no expected downtime or impact for our customers. You will be able to follow our progress on our status page.

Customers Affected: Zendesk Sunshine Conversations customers is EU and US regions.

Why we're doing this: We will be migrating the Sunshine Conversations infrastructure to new Kubernetes clusters to improve our platform scalability, resilience and security. During this operation, customers should not experience any impact.

An issue observed during the last maintenance window of February 22, 2021 led us to roll back the changes applied on both February 16 (EU) and February 22 (US). The objective for this maintenance window is to redeploy the same changes with an additional fix for the observed issue.
