We will be performing scheduled maintenance on WhatsApp Enterprise Clients which we are hosting on our US infrastructure.

During this operation, customers will experience a brief period of WhatsApp message delay lasting less than 10 minutes. During this time, the rest of the Smooch platform will remain unaffected and no service interruption will occur on any other parts of the platform.

When the maintenance is complete, WhatsApp message delivery will be fully restored, no messages will be lost, and there is no need for any action on your end.
