Partial outage due to expired SSL certificate
Incident Report for Zendesk Sunshine Conversations
An expired certificate caused parts of our website to be unavailable from October 13 8:00pm to 1:00am EDT and making uploaded files unavailable as well. The API, web application, and messages were not impacted except for uploaded files. The service is back to normal and we are evaluating why this problem wasn't prevented. We will put some additional measures in place to make sure this never happens again.
