[Resolved] Facebook Messenger postback webhook outage

A regression was introduced May 31st 4:01 PM EDT preventing Facebook Messenger postback webhooks to be properly triggered. A fix was deployed June 1st 8:41 AM EDT and our test suite updated. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
